The data we collect
We collect personal data in the following ways:
– Contact form submissions — when you fill in our main enquiry form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, postcode, the services you're interested in, and any message you send us.
– Quick question form — when you use the short enquiry form, we collect your email address and your message.
– Social media and messaging — if you contact or interact with us through WhatsApp, Facebook, LinkedIn, or our Google Business Profile (for example by messaging us, commenting, or leaving a review), we receive your name or profile details and the content of your interaction, in line with each platform's own privacy policy.
– Website analytics — we automatically collect anonymised data about how visitors use our site, including pages viewed, time on site, device type, approximate location (town/city level), and referral source. This is collected via Webflow Analyze, which does not use cookies and does not collect personally identifiable information.
How we use your data

Cookies and tracking
Our website analytics tool, Webflow Analyze, does not use cookies — it uses your browser's local storage instead, and does not identify you personally. If we introduce additional analytics tools in future, such as Google Analytics, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent via a cookie banner.
Who we share your data with
– Webflow, Inc. — our website hosting and forms provider, who process form submissions on our behalf
– Meta Platforms, Inc. — if you contact or interact with us via WhatsApp or Facebook
– LinkedIn — if you interact with us via our LinkedIn page
– Google LLC — if you interact with us or leave a review via our Google Business Profile
– Our accountant, where required for invoicing and tax purposes
We do not share your data with any other third parties for marketing purposes.
Social media and reviews
We maintain pages on Facebook and LinkedIn and a Google Business Profile. If you interact with us on these, your data is also processed by the platform under its own privacy policy. Any review you leave — for example on Google — is public. These platforms may give us aggregated insights about people who follow or interact with our pages; for some of this data (such as Facebook page insights) we and the platform are joint controllers.
International data transfers
Some of our service providers, including Webflow, may process data outside the UK and European Economic Area (EEA). Where this happens, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as Standard Contractual Clauses, in line with UK GDPR requirements.
How long we keep your data
We keep enquiry and contact form data only for as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry and, where you become a client, for the duration of our working relationship plus a reasonable period afterwards for legal and accounting purposes. We aim to delete enquiry data that does not result in a project within 24 months.
